Following Adour Alain Ducasse at The St. Regis
New York, Alain Ducasse perpetuates Adour’s fresh and contemporary concept
with the talents of executive chef Julien Jouhannaud and wine director Ramon
Narvaez. The menu at Adour at The St. Regis Washington, D.C. offers a
contemporary French American cuisine designed with wine in mind. Creative,
flavorful, and utilizing the best seasonal ingredients, each dish has been
created in harmony with both red and white wines.
The Wine List for Adour at The St. Regis
Washington, D.C. is a hand-picked “seasonal” menu showcasing a selection
from important wine producing regions, tailored to the seasonal mood and
menu. The list is based on the principle of origins and pays tribute to the
terroir. This focus allows guests of Adour to discover the roots of wines,
which, in a more
classical program, are traditionally forgotten.
Adour at The St. Regis Washington, D.C. offers wine in many different
formats; in addition to several wines by the glass, guests can also have
wine served from a half decanter and large format, which allow for better
aging and ultimately a better wine.
